
Jeff Nordstrand
Jeff Nordstrand is the CEO of Alliance Safety. He has 24 years of experience in environmental health and safety training and consulting. He studied business at Arizona State University and served for 8 years in the United States Marine Corps. He is an approved and authorized instructor for all OSHA topics, HAZWOPER, Arc Flash and CPR/First Aid/AED.
Nordstrand has worked with hundreds of clients encompassing all areas of construction, manufacturing, healthcare and other industries. He has been a part of numerous notable projects in the Phoenix area as well as throughout the Southwest, Oregon, Washington and Florida.
Manny Sandoval
Mr. Sandoval has over 25 years of experience as a safety manager and safety consultant. He has worked with numerous contractors developing and implementing excellent safety programs with outstanding results. During his career in safety management he has worked at some of the most challenging and notable projects in the Phoenix area.
As Senior Safety Manager Mr. Sandoval oversees the fractional and training services provided to Alliance Safety clients.
Mr. Sandoval attended University of Phoenix where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSBM). He is an OSHA certified instructor and has trained in all areas of safety.
Alissa Preciado
Alissa Preciado is a lead safety manager and consultant for Alliance Safety. Alissa has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree and a Masters Degree in Environmental Health and Safety both from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
She previously worked for the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry as an OSHA compliance officer, a safety engineer for M.A. Mortenson Construction and has been with Alliance safety for the past 10 years.
She currently manages jobsite audits, safety program development, training, accident and incident investigations, safety committees and other various facets of construction safety for several Alliance Safety clients.
Steve Barron
Mr. Barron has worked for Alliance Safety since 2011 and is a Lead Safety Manager and Consultant. He has worked in the field of safety management since 1988 following a career as a journeymen ironworker.
Mr. Barron is the designated client representative for several ASLLC clients handling all aspects of their safety management and training. He is also an OSHA certified instructor and is an expert Rigging & Signaling instructor.
